Her consultancy expertise extends to promoting advanced nursing practice education programs and curriculum in Pakistan, Hong Kong and The National University Singapore. Ms. Schober’s extensive speaking experience includes topics associated with women’s and family health; health policy as it relates to the introduction of advanced teams and strategic planning for improved access to healthcare services.
As a writer she has most recently coauthored, with Fadwa Affara, Advanced Nursing Practice, the first book written elaborating the role played by nurses with advanced knowledge and skills in developing healthcare services worldwide; the evolution of new APN roles and innovative practice models; and, the need for international guidelines.
The book explores international commonalities and differences in APN and addresses the key issues in practice, education, regulation, research and role / practice development, which are central to defining the distinctive nature of APN.
